A Client-trusted Partner of Global Timble Supply Chain
General Questions
At Pohui, we’re committed to making it easy for new partners to get started. That’s why we allow a minimum order of just one container — typically 25 CBM for a 20-foot container.
We understand that many new clients are working with smaller volumes or may be new to wood imports. Our goal is to provide a smooth and supportive entry point, helping you build confidence and grow with us.
We accept payments in USD (U.S. Dollars), EUR (Euros), and CNY (Chinese Yuan). If you have other currency requirements, feel free to contact us for further discussion.
Sizes vary depending on the type of wood. For sawn timber, we typically offer lengths ranging from 2 meters up to 9 meters. For raw logs, the length generally ranges from 2 meters up to the maximum length allowed by shipping containers.
For custom sizing, feel free to contact us to discuss your project needs.
Lead time varies depending on the product. Below are the typical timeframes for some of our most requested items:
Round raw logs: 30–45 days
Square timber: 30–45 days
Cut-to-size timber: 60–90 days
For specific inquiries, feel free to contact us for more accurate timelines based on current stock and shipping conditions.

In general, samples are not available, as we supply wood species that are widely recognized and accepted in the market. Most customers prefer to review photos or videos to assess the color and quality. However, for new or unfamiliar species, we are happy to provide samples upon request.
Our standard delivery terms are CIF and FOB.
For FOB (Free On Board) shipments, the quoted price includes the cost of goods at the port of export, along with packaging, loading, export customs clearance, and all related charges at the exporting port.
Hongkong Pohui, an international wood exporter, accepts T/T (telegraphic transfer) payments from both new and returning customers. We offer the following payment options:
Option 1: 30% T/T deposit upon signing the contract, with the remaining 70% payable after the Bill of Lading (B/L) and other shipping documents are issued.
Option 2: For new wood species, a 50% T/T deposit is required after signing the contract, with the remaining 50% due upon issuance of the B/L and related documents.
